FREE IN-HOME CONSULTATION TO DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT
We provide free inhouse consultation along with quotes. With over 25 years of cabinet painting experience we can also quote from quality pictures or video clips for a fast turnaround for quotes. From there we set up an appointment to come and view the cabinets and confirm the quote cost and discuss scheduling.

REMOVAL OF DOORS AND DRAWER FRONTS
The 2nd step in the painting process includes removing hardware from doors and drawer fronts and bringing them to our spray shop for preparation and spray painting. This step takes approximately 2-3 hours.

IN-SHOP PREP AND SPRAY FINISH PAINTING DOORS AND DRAWERS
The 3rd step includes cleaning/degreasing, sanding, and spray priming the doors with an oil-based bonding primer. More cleaning and sanding is performed between coats then two coats of cabinet grade lacquer paint is spray applied to your color choice. We spray all surfaces on doors, drawers and cabinet boxes/faces to provide a factory sprayed finish with no brushing or rolling involved whatsoever. This step takes approximately 5-7 days before reinstallation.

CLEAN AND PAINT CABINET BOXES AND FACES
The 4th step is the in-house work which includes the same process of the door prep and painting to the cabinet boxes and faces were we clean, sand spray prime and spray finish to match the sprayed finish of the doors. There is a minimum of 3 total coats spray applied with at least one coat of primer and minimal of 2 coats of sprayed finish. some dark wood requires more coats for proper coverage. All non-painted surfaces are covered and protected like the floors, counters, ceilings, walls, backsplash, appliances. We tent off the kitchen space to contain any dust or contaminants from entering your living space. This step takes 2-3 days.

REINSTALL DOORS, DRAWERS AND HARDWARE
The final step is reinstallation of the doors and drawer fronts once they are cured for transportation. This step takes approximately 3-5 hours.

WE ARE FINISHED! ENJOY YOUR NEW FACTORY PAINTED FINISH!
The entire process takes approximately 7-10 days to complete. Now it's time to enjoy your new, factory finished cabinets or other furniture for years to come.

Not all advertised cabinets paint are suitable for cabinet painting. We only used true cabinet lacquer-based cabinet paint specific to cabinet painting. Our finish products are levels above latex based paints claiming to be durable enough for cabinetry other painters are using. They are soft and rubber like and do not have the bonding or the durability against moisture, heat and chemicals used daily in a kitchen and will typically fail sooner than later unlike the lacquers we use. Don’t make the mistake of allowing someone to use an insufficient product it will always cause problems later so please do your research.
